Thomas M. Mawn IV, esq.
Thomas moved to Berlin with plans of entering the growing start-up scene. After seeing the difficulty his fellow expats faced in taking care of their US tax returns (and coming from a family of tax attorneys) he recognized he was in a unique position to lend a hand to US-Berliners in getting their taxes done. He started out helping a few friends and acquaintances to prepare their filings, but his business kept growing until it became his full time job. Now with more than a decade of experience in assisting US expats in dealing with their tax and legal issues, Thomas has expanded to working with clients all over the world.
Stephan Grandjean
Stephan came to Berlin as an illustrator and later developed a strong technical background through self-taught programming and five years in web development. Today, he applies that analytical approach to helping clients prepare their U.S. tax filings. As an expat himself, Stephan understands the complexities of staying compliant from abroad and is currently pursuing Enrolled Agent status.
